eCycle - hybrid motorcycle

eCycle is located in Temple , PA and has invested in developing a line of unique brushless motors and generators. 

 

For decades, brushless motors have been recognized as an advanced technology that converts power more efficiently and more reliably than conventional motors.  eCycle has focused its efforts on producing efficient, commercially viable brushless motors and generators, and the related electronics, in the 1 -10kW performance range.

The Concept eCycle is a series hybrid and features a SolidSlot™ brushless motor/generator which can be used with variety of engines.   The front suspension is a single-sided swing arm design that’s matched perfectly to the aluminum monocoque frame.  Under the direction of eCycle engineers, Machineart Industrial Design created the various styles of the Concept eCycle.    

The primary goal of eCycle’s Concept is to develop a Hybrid motorcycle platform that can be purchased by early adopter enthusiasts for further development. While eCycle has no plans to sell a complete hybrid motorcycle, its primary interest lies in being a key supplier to enable companies that will produce hybrid motorcycles, ATV’s and similar platforms. 

The Concept eCycle is much more than a motorcycle.  It represents the company’s dedication to producing power dense, high efficiency products that have applicability well beyond the powersports market.

eCycle maintains a broad vision which anticipates the future needs of its customers.  The company will continue to develop, manufacture and distribute innovative products and solutions that will enhance and enable industrial, commercial and consumer markets worldwide, while simultaneously creating value for our suppliers, partners and shareholders.
